My Opinion
I would not recommend this, unless you're looking for something that's not the dress in the website pictures, as you can see in my pictures (with and without flash) the color is NOT pink, is more like beige/yellow something, but not the pink in the website picture, the style is the same,but the length is not, the inner part of the skirt which would be the one covering your panties (xD) it's really transparent and short, the fabric from the top is kind of like T/C.. it's stretchable but not too much AND it's a little bit transparent. The bottom part, as you can see it's transparent as well and the fabric is chiffon, if it's not ironed the wrinkles will appear really soon.
I honestly don't recommend this for a party or something, MAYBE if you go to the beach... with a black bikini or something, but in general I'd not recommend it. Just my opinion xD.

This is actually exactly as you see on the picture, same color, same design, it's not too short, the top gray part it's cotton, thick, and the bottom part with white flowers pattern is like silk, the fabric is really soft and it's not short, at least not for me, I'm about 1.55mts tall or 1.60mts.
The only think I wouldn't recommend this would be in case you live on a city with a lot of wind, this will not be of your like, the bottom part it's really LIGHT, I went to the movies with my boyfriend wearing this dress and let me tell you that even the minor blast of wind was lifting up my skirt, I was with my hands grabbing the bottom part so it will not show my undies haha), it wasn't fun, so I'm warning from now, the bottom part is really light and will go up for no reason haha. Maybe with leggings it will not turn in a bad way o_o... I'll try it with leggings and a coat on winter x).

It looks kind of green in the website picture, but as you can see it's really grey :), I actually was really surprised when I got the dress, it's gorgeous, the quality of the fabric is really nice, the details, the color, the design, I love everything about it!, it has even like silicon at the inside of the breast part so it will not fall from your chest, and it may look wide but it fits, and I may be short but I'm not as chubby as I sometimes think I am xD.. it really fits, it has a long zipper so it will fit everyone and it has the chiffon stripes at the back to tied up, the inner of the dress is like silk/cotton, soft and also dark grey as you can see on the pictures, I really love this one and it's for a friend's wedding on December : ) so the color I think is appropriated for the occasion. This is highly recommended!
I also got it on discount and it was on 7 usd!

It looks nice, but not as gorgeous as the website pictures, also, the cleavage will not let you use a bra and because of the fabric is chiffon it's really transparent so I will not recommend using it with too much light and no bra, it will show everything, maybe with some nipples protectors or something, the waist is not that tight so if you're skinny you can use a thin belt. If you're wearing this, you will need also beige undies or something, like I said, the fabric is chiffon and there aren't enough layers to not be like see-through. This can be for a wedding on the beach or a summer party, I'm not really sure, I try this dress but it was too transparent for me.

I first have to say that the color you get is the one from the last picture, dark navy blue, like the color in the website picture, on my camera was too light so I imagine if you take a picture with flash, you'll get that color.
Fabric is chiffon, the style is the same as the website picture, is a long blouse, does not fit as a dress and it looks really pretty with black leggings, or white shorts, the sleeves well, they don't exist xD, the almost sleeve detail is pretty, and the blouse/dress is not too loose, you can wear it with or without a belt. I really like this one.
